The Lead Bender for Resistors and other electronic parts is an extremely helpful tool (real mold, not printed).
This forming tool or bending template provides you with an easy way to get the exact distance between two resistor leads that you need to solder right.
It works for axial leaded resistors, diodes, chokes, capacitors and so on with a body length of 4.5 to 13.5 mm.
We here at UNIVERSAL-SOLDER use a lot of leaded resistors for prototyping or assembling DIY kits for our customers and have found this tool to be extremely handy to produce a constant high assembling quality.
Just insert your resistor into the groove of the Lead Bending Template and bend the leads over the edges.
